Tour Policies & Cancellations

DEPOSIT: $200 deposit per person is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due by May 21, 2024. You will receive a complete itinerary and a list of passengers two weeks prior your tour.
Price includes: Deluxe motor coach transportation, (28) nights lodging, all admissions to attractions listed, numerous continental breakfasts, (14) meals including picnic lunches on Sunday when possible, and tour escort services.
Cancellation and refund policy: If a cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to departure of your tour, a full refund will be made. If it is received less than 30 days (29 days) prior to departure of your tour, $100.00 per person fee plus any non-recoverable expenses will be deducted from your deposit or prepayment and the balance then refunded to you. This policy is necessary to offset non-recoverable expenses.
