Tour Policies & Cancellations

DEPOSIT: $100 deposit per person is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due by March 27, 2024. You will receive a complete itinerary and a list of passengers two weeks prior your tour.
Price includes: Deluxe motor coach transportation, 7 nights lodging, admission to all attractions listed, continental breakfasts where available, 2 picnics, plus 7 additional meals, and tour escort services.
Cancellation and refund policy: If a cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to departure of your tour, a full refund will be made. If it is received less than 30 days (29 days) prior to departure of your tour, $100.00 per person fee plus any non-recoverable expenses will be deducted from your deposit or prepayment and the balance then refunded to you. This policy is necessary to offset non-recoverable expenses.
