Join us for a three-day tour to the heart of Lancaster County. With a stop for brunch enroute, we make a stop at the Bird in Hand Market upon our arrival into Lancaster, PA. We will check into our hotel for two nights, with Smorgasbord Dinner (buffet) at Hershey Farm Restaurant.
Friday morning finds us at the Chalk Talk Presentation with Elva. Bringing this unique art presentation to life with every stroke, Elva’s stories are told through beautiful pictures that will leave you feeling inspired. We make our way to the Historic Rock Ford. They provide opportunities to connect with the life of Edward Hand, the culture of early Lancaster County, and the complex issues that shaped our nation in its formative years. An early dinner will be served at an Amish home in Lancaster.

There will be a short time for relaxing at the hotel, before we journey to Sight & Sound Theatres to see “JOSHUA” on stage. From the banks of the Jordan River to the towering walls of Jericho, this is a miraculous adventure for the whole family. With one last fortified city standing between the Israelites and the Promised Land, unexpected help emerges from behind enemy lines and Joshua’s trust in God’s plan is put to the ultimate test.
On Saturday morning we enjoy a Smorgasbord breakfast at the hotel, then head to the Wolf Sanctuary of PA for a self-guided tour to view the wolves! As you stroll through the woods, you’ll get a glimpse of the hidden lives of wolves as well as their unique personalities of the rescues who call the sanctuary home. Their volunteers are very knowledgeable, and will be able to answer any questions you may have. Lunch will be provided, as we continue towards home. With rest and supper stops along the way, we return home in the evening.
