Florida Line Run Policies

Cancel 7-Days Prior to your trips departure for a credit or refund.
*Payments made by credit card will receive a refund, minus a 3% processing fee.
Any Changes made to an existing reservation will incur a service charge of $20 to the reservation. This includes (but is not limited to) Dates Changes, Names Changes, Changes made to Boarding OR Drop-off Locations etc.
Each passenger can have two (2) pieces of checked luggage that is stored in the baggage compartment under the coach, PLUS one (1) small carry-on item, the Carry-on does need to fit in the overhead bins or under your seat.
We will accommodate extra items as space permits. The fee for items that exceed the two pieces per person limit will be an additional cost. This fee will be determined by the final size and weight of the item and the fee remitted to the driver the day of your trip.
Larger items, including (but not limited to), oversized luggage, overweight suitcases, tubs, coolers, chairs, strollers, etc. will count as multiple pieces and be determined by the final size/weight of the item. Luggage items should not exceed 50 lbs. per item.
Passengers are reminded that their luggage and extras are limited to their own personal items. Passengers bringing items belonging to persons not traveling with Pioneer Trails will pay freight charges.
  • Suites cases should NOT exceed 50 lbs. and should be approx. 27" x 21" x 14"
  • Oversized luggage / overweight suitcases, will incur an additional fee determined by the final size & weight of the item and the fee remitted to the driver the day of your trip.
  • Cary-on luggage - Note that the overhead bins on our coaches are NOT as large as the ones on an airplane.
Non-Passenger Freight Items
  • We Cannot book extra freight items in advance.
  • We are NOT able to take Bicycles during our busy season. During (but not limited to) the months of November to April.
  • We cannot transport E-Bikes. The batteries are classified as Hazardous Materials. Pioneer Trails is not authorized to transport Hazardous goods, so we are unable to take them on the bus.
