Booking Early
In recent years, travel has increased significantly, and more travelers are waiting until the last minute to book. While our buses may still have seats available, hotels often sell out or have strict contracts that prevent us from adding rooms late. In fact, we book most hotels 10-12 months in advance and must provide a final rooming lists and payments 30–45 days before departure. If rooms aren’t booked by then, unused rooms are released to the public and cannot be recovered.
Because of this, late bookings are becoming harder—sometimes impossible—to accommodate, even when space remains on the coach. Booking early helps secure your spot, reduces stress for everyone involved, and allows us to maintain strong relationships with our hotels and attractions. We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan ahead whenever possible.

Policies, Payments & FAQ's
When is my payment due?
We do require a deposit when you book a tour to hold your spot.
For multi-day tours this ranges from $100-$300. Tours that are weeks long do require a larger deposit.
Your payment is due in full 40 days prior to your tours departure date.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay via Cash, Check or Credit Card.
Please note, Payments over $500 that are made by credit card will receive a 3% processing fee charge.
When will i receive a copy of my itinerary?
You will receive a complete itinerary and a list of passengers two weeks prior your tour.
International Tours
Passports are required for any international Tours. You can usually apply for one through your local post office. Check with them, they can take your photo and have the paperwork you need to fill out and mail in.

Cancellations
Can I cancel and get a refund after sign up?
For most of our tours a full refund is issued if a cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to the departure date of your tour. If it is received less than 30 (29) days, there is no guarantee of a refund. A few of our longer tours require 35-40 Days notice. Please check with us for the cancellation policy for the specific tour you are signing up for.
What if i have an emergency after the cut off date?
We do try to work with you. Keeping in mind that once we have finalized our payments we cannot refund you if we cannot get a refund from Hotels and attractions. Sometimes we have people on the waiting list. However, if it is last minute people may not be able to take your spot.
When will I receive my refund?
We will Process your refund within 7-10 working days after your cancellation. We will refund your money using the same payment method you originally paid with. If you pay via CC we do keep 3% that we get charged to refund.
